By purchasing any of these devices you are representing that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you agree to follow the instructions contained in any accompanying literature.
Most items will be shipped from our Seattle Washington location the same day for all orders placed before 3pm PT Mon-Fri. Orders for Sat must be placed before 12pm PT for same day shipping. All priority express shipping orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Warning on li ion battery
NOTE: Use special caution when working with Li-ion cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled. Make sure the user has enough knowledge of Li-Ion rechargeable batteries in charging, discharging and assembly before use. Always charge in/on a fire-proof surface. Never leave charging batteries unattended. We are not responsible for damage if there is any modification of the batteries/chargers in any form or shape (including pack making). We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Li-Ion batteries and chargers. We only recommend using Lithium Ion rechargeable batteries with a control circuit (protection PCB) to assure safe charge, discharge, etc, use of lithium ion batteries without a protection circuit is potentially hazardous
ClouporUSA.com will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or defect, permanent or temporary that may be caused by the improper use of a LI-ION battery. Please have a basic understanding of the batteries you are using and how to care for them properly.
How do I return an item?
If you receive your order damaged you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to qualify for a refund.
•All e-mails should indicate your first and last name, order number and the date received along with the type of damage that has occurred. All packaging materials must be kept for possible inspection. We will request that you send the damaged item/s back to us along with the original packaging material. We will refund you the return shipping charges and send you out a replacement once we receive the damaged item back.
•We will not accept returns for atomizers/cartomizers/tanks/attachments/vaporizers that have been used or broken due to user error. Coil/heads are not under warranty and will not be replaced or refunded all coil purchases are final.
•We accept returns on items we sell that is damaged or otherwise defective as part of our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with exception of coil heads. Items must be returned in new condition in their original packaging. Return claims may be requested to send digital pictures or a short video of damaged or malfunctioning product. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that we have not received prior email notification of delivery. The shipping charges to return an item back to us are the customer's responsibility unless returning defective goods. Returned items are subject to a 17% restocking fee unless item is defective or damaged during shipping to the customer. At which point ClouporUSA will inspect said items upon return. Customer may be responsible for costs to process the return shipping including any charges incurred on the original shipping charge, if the item shipped for free. The ClouporUSA Store is not responsible for items damaged through improper use.
•Upon receipt of the above information, we will provide you with our shipping address. Items must be received by The ClouporUSA Store within 10 days of receiving initial email of agreed upon return.
•Please note: Items lost or damaged on return, in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
•Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment.
•Credit amount for any return or exchange will be for the price of the product(s) less any applicable shipping charges; i.e. if your original order total qualified you for free shipping, but your return sets you below our free ship offer you will be credited for the item amount less the initial ship charges for that item.
•Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your return.
